...I need some help. The things I need to know are listed below:
1: Do I need approval from a moderator?
2: How do I put a series together in its own page? Do I do that or does another moderator do it?
3: Do the Flashes have to be good in order for the moderators to approve of setting up the series together?

1.You don't need approval from a moderator to make a series, but if you feel that your flash is legendary (like TANKMEN), then ask an admin to check them out, and if you're extremely mega lucky, you may get a section on the series page.
2. The admins put them together i think.
3. Like i said, they have to be legendary, like Madness Combat, or Tankmen.
